At Just Renting we are highly experienced in dealing with investment companies who are purchasing bulk units of property to sell on to investors. We have a vast amount of experience in this field and regularly deal with companies dealing with bulk purchases.

Once contacted by an investment company we do everything possible to make sure the whole process runs smoothly. We will request all the details regarding the properties. We will then go straight to the development to assess a rental valuation, take pictures, write up a description and obtain floor plans, brochures etc. Once back at the office we will phone you to give you feedback after our on site visit. If at this stage you are happy with the achievable rents for each property we will then request all details for each individual investor, contact them explaining how we work and post out a full colour brochure the same day detailing our service, costs etc.

We strongly feel that our company offers the very best in service and pricing and are very committed to keeping this high standard at all times. We will, depending on completion dates, start our marketing campaign. We typically start marketing 6 to 8 weeks prior to completion. Our company is extremely experienced in taking on large stock volumes and typically let most if not all units on each development within 4 to 6 weeks after being instructed, in some cases even sooner than this. We have a large amount of clients who reserve our properties for company lets. We are, of course more than happy to provide genuine testimonials from other investment companies that have used our services in the past.
